Education Programme Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Programme Manager, to manage and strategically develop our programmes in the Amazon. This role is based in Cusco, with regular sites visits to our projects in Manu, Peru.

The Education Programme Manager is responsible for managing our volunteer programmes at a strategic level. The role manages two Education Instructors in Peru, and a Sales and Marketing Coordinator based in the UK, and is responsible for creating and implementing our five year strategy for the programme; managing the entire volunteer experience from initial enquiry to post-programme alumni, ensuring that we meet and improve our ideal volunteer experience.

This role requires a self-starter capable of adaptive thinking who has excellent strategic planning and is highly organised. The role may be required to deal with complex situations in remote environments and therefore will need to work well under pressure, have superb leadership and people management skills and be a fluid communicator who can engage people.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator, to implement our sales and marketing strategies from our UK, London office.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day to day sales and marketing activities of a busy international volunteering organisation. This involves the implementation of our marketing strategy, analysing data, and reporting and acting on changes in the market. This role requires innovative thinking, and someone who can use initiative and self-motivate.

The role also provides excellent customer service for our volunteers and partners, which includes everything from responding to enquires, conducting interviews, processing payments, maintaining and writing marketing documentation and gathering feedback.
