Construction of the MLC
started in September 2004. The site was ready to receive its
first official visitors in June 2005. Additions to the existing
infrastructure are ongoing; the most most recent of which
is the library which was completed in September 2005.

Building
the frame
After
support foundations have been laid to
raise the structure off the ground,
the main framework of the building is
constructed
Laying
the flooring
After
the roof has been added to protect the
structure from rain, the floor is laid
down.
Stairs
required
The
building is looking impressive now,
but still requires stairs to the ground
floor and a sheltered staircase to the
top floor.
The
finished product
With
the addition of the stairs and all the
appropriate furnishings the finished
product is ready to use.
